-Flexibility to work on tech stack and also flexible WFH (2days/week from office) policy. -Stay updated with latest tech trends -Ample opportunity for product development and design, filing Patents and earn great rewards. -Mgmt and leadership team are very much approachable

Cons

Less onsite opportunity as Pune center is for R&D & product development.
