Not too high salaries, low benefits. Much less care to employees than expected, people with great talent in some areas could be assigned Wong and fired…..

Cons

NICE does not match employee contributions as it says in its benefits guide. The benefits team is slow to respond, and there is no internal appeal process. No increase in an annual salary or benefits to account for inflation and the rising cost of living. No severance package for 3 year working, and HR would disregard your request for severance package negotiation regardless of multiple email follow-ups
