For those who are reading Glassdoor to help you decide to work at NICE.. just don’t work here. If you want to get into the contact center- there are better places to work. Any “positive” review that you see that has “Utah” next to it cannot be real. After talking to people who work there, they are miserable and those who have left are so thankful to be gone. Some good people are still there but they will soon all leave. I was told to just be an AE for two years and then work somewhere better. Save yourself the stress and work somewhere better. I promise- you will be happy you never went to NICE. Base pay sucks and they just don’t pay you commission since they have to “figure it out”. Good luck if you take a job here
