      Pros

      The onboarding experience was extremely positive, largely due to supportive and engaged management that made sure I had the resources, context, and introductions I needed to ramp quickly. My manager checked in regularly, clarified expectations, and actively removed roadblocks, which helped me feel confident and included from the start. The benefits package is also very strong, with competitive health coverage, retirement options, ESOP and time-off policies that show the company genuinely cares about employee well-being. Overall, it is a great place to work, with a collaborative culture, clear communication, and a real focus on helping employees succeed.

      Depends on the part of the company you work for

      If you are on the right teams there are resources and you can move quickly to solve problems.

      Cons

      If you are on the wrong teams the expect you to maintain/grow revenue base on an aging product base with no resources to improve it.

      Most are poorly compensated

      Products work well and deliver expected results for customers.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is not doing a thing about the tyrannical senior leadership under them. They are turning a blind eye to talent drain instead of firing toxic leaders. Senior leadership has no desire to listen to their people and make changes for the better. It is their way or the highway.
