Thank you for your review. At NICE we hire top talent and have multiple processes in place to review our employees' performance and reward them accordingly. As a large global company, our "pay for performance" culture ensures that strong performers are duly compensated. Moreover, our regular employee surveys consistently show that there is great satisfaction with the leadership of our managers. If you feel otherwise, we recommend that you reach out to your HR business partner in order to further discuss your specific concerns.

Strong company, poor management

Pros

Market leader and strong, evolving product strategy Financial health and revenues Innovative tech

Cons

The positive reviews are mostly by those who've worked there around a year or less, or by upper management. Those of us who stick around past the 1 yr "honeymoon" period get to see what things are really like. - Good ol' boys club - advancement is based on who you're buddies with, and little to no women in leadership posisitons - Low starting salary, impossible to achieve 100% of bonus, mediocre merit increases for top performance; your merit is based on the performance of your colleagues - They promote underqualified people to management positions - Professional Services leadership likes to say that "we want you to make mistakes" however, that is no where near the case and they nit pick everything you do. All in all, we take on massive amount of workload for abusive customers, almost every sales contract has to be revised because it wasn't sold properly. We work long hours with little recognition and no compensation to reflect our efforts and the toll it takes on us physically and mentally. NICE is terrible to work with, I understand inContact had a better culture before I joined, but that is all gone now. The ability to be promoted is laughable. inContact PMs are told there is no Program Manager position, while we see our colleagues over at NICE get promoted to Program Manager all the time.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good. They offer an annual bonus.

Cons

This is an Israeli company that has no idea how to manage Americans. The Israeli management is out of touch with American culture.
