      Pros

      Work from home and no travel.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Not a well-run company. Too focused on the bottom line. Need to pump technology into their solution. Now competing with Amazon Connect. Not where you want to play. Not a competitive salary. No stock purchase plan. No RSUs. Management dumps too many non revenue generating homework on the reps.

      A lot of growth. A lot of work to do and a lot of innovation happening now and coming in the future.

      Cons

      Not enough resources to cover current growth. Pay is not good for the amount of work you are expected to do. A lot of stress and long hours.
