Not a Career Move

Pros

The company gives out good perks from time to time but we all know they are writing everything off to benefit them. Remote work is good, even before COVID. Decent PTO.

Cons

Salary increases are very small if any at all. Managers leave a lot to be desired. They are not the wisest choices and some are just terrible. Work-life balance sucks. Never work a typical 40 hours week. Many late nights and weekends with no additional compensation. Underpaid and overworked. No room for growth.

Toxic Company Culture

Pros

The only Pros was working remote.

Cons

Toxic company culture. Management does not set examples. Employees are promoted based on politics and not skill set. Onboarding and training is laughable. The customer receives better training on the product that the employees. The people promoted to management do not have any management skills and NICE does not train them. Salaries are below industry standards. No raises for over 2 years. Bonus payout less than 70%.

Pros

Great culture. I feel fortunate that I’ve met some amazing people. Specifically saying this about In Contact, not NICE. In Contact really seems to care. Paul is a great leader.

Cons

-Work life balance is a joke. - Managers need to be leaders! Be an advocate for your employees. Not an adversary. Take the time to listen to feedback and have meaningful relationships. If you want happy employees, hire managers who actually care. -Onboarding process is hands down the most disorganized I e ever experienced in my career.
