      Pros

      The people I worked with day to day were generally super nice and helpful. Mostly kept to themselves but were very willing to help and answer questions to help you ramp up or address any issues. Basically let you work from home whenever you want as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a lot of knowledge share between different parts of the company and morale is generally low (where I was at least). Didn't seem like product improvements were coming by as quickly as they could be and people didn't seem excited about what they were working on.

      NICE has a fantastic employee culture with many different initiatives held throughout the year to celebrate various holidays, milestones and events. From Valentine’s Day and Halloween, through to Pride events and International Women’s Day, the broad range of events means that there is something for everyone!
