      Good Culture and Environment, Good Infrastructure, Pick up & Drop Facility, Most of the policies are in place, WFM option is available as per the product/team/manager, Good Salary Hikes, Many Opportunities, Flexible timings

      The support team has to work in IST night hours whereas the US does not.

      NICE is a very global company and it provides great benefits to employees. It is the market leader in call center software and is actively acquiring other companies in this space

      There is no regional office in the West coast and they are moving a lot of jobs out of the area
