Combined with the extremely commercially driven culture this frequently leads to corners being cut which compromises both product quality and company reputation.

NICE continuously feels the need to tell the world that it's an agile, market leading and innovative company, but the reality is a bit different. The continuous failure to balance commercial and research and development goals is the most important result of that.
Extremely talented people with high commitment and well argumented opinions are secondary to people with the single objective to meet their personal goal of sustaining themselves within the company or pleasing the customer on a very short term.
