      Pros

      The company sees a simple equation: perceived value to the company-> compensation package. Just get used to being treated as a resource.

      Cons

      Inhuman. The company runs like an army, you get commands and you are required to execute without too many questions or suggestions. Very little room for autonomy. Top executives act Like mice around the CEO and expect their subordinates to do the same.

      The people at Nice are great.

      Cons

      The software is extremely complex and interfaces with both telephony and other 3rd Party Applications. You will have to work very hard, lots of hours, and sacrifice personal life to be successful here.
