      very low HR and personal relationship

      Pros

      low level management does it's best to mitigate and allow to work.

      Cons

      feels like you are a milking cow, no personal approach from senior management and the system. only thing that matters is how money you can make to the company in the short run. for ex.: the mail which directed me to this feedback didn't even had my name on it, but someone else's.

      very hard to find yet :),

      Cons

      lot of legacy folks with no much creative or innovation skils only stall others from growing. no value for hard work or innovation. achievers are set aside and asked to look out. very large micro managers who do not have any depth or IT skills in growing business or teams. very political and selfish leadership

      Pros

      Local team of TPM's were very good.

      Cons

      Because we were good we were very thinly spread across the country.having to install POC and products that were even half developed. there was no work / life balance at all. it was all about delivery and the amount of installs that were outstanding. PM's and pre sales made promises that we as TPM's had to keep. wages for internal Nice staff we way above the staff that Nice bought in through company acquisition.
