Pros

Great executive leadership and innovation, always stays in front of the market with new products / solutions. The Executive leadership team sets a very positive direction.

Cons

Executing / delivery of projects is well below average, most products are very difficult to implement and do not meet the customer timeline.

Good teammates, some leaders care

Cons

Company changes strategy too often. AE teams lack talent. very few holidays. company culture is not very good. no stock plan, stingy travel policies. you'll be overworked without adequate pay
