Great work environment No office politics The seniors are very knowledgeable & helpful. The architects & managers will never mind sitting couple of extra hours with you to resolve your queries Beautiful office. Company provides all the necessary equipments to get the work done. Laptops, phones, dongles etc. Option to work from home Some of the company products are covering a big share of market and there is a continuous effort inside the organization to enhance them further.
Cons
Since it's thier first office in Pune, the higher management is working round the clock to overcome all the areas in which they are lagging behind.
