      NICE prides itself on being a market leader and an extremely innovative company. The individual or team is a vital and respected. Real sense that each person makes a difference and is appreciated for doing so. Hard work and collaboration rewarded. I've been at NICE 8 years and every year I have been given new challenges/opportunities and increased responsibility.

      Cons

      NICE has a long term plan for continued success that relies on dedication and sacrifice by employees. Success oriented culture requires people who understand work/life balance and value open communication across the organization.

      Pros

      NICE is a growing organization (currently) and there is plenty to do. This makes for a very energetic workplace that can be exciting and fulfilling at times.

      Cons

      NICE consistently makes what look like strategic decisions, but executes on them in a amateurish way. If customer facing, prepare to be bombarded with customers that are not happy and a obvious lack of resources that will make any material change to their fundamental problem -- poor product and design.

      Pros

      Cafeteria in the building has good food. The building is very secured for the protection of current employees from any upset laid of workers. HR department is a joke.

      Cons

      Poor management, company restructuring causes constant instability, constant lay offs to ship jobs overseas. Terrible company to work for!
