      A Rewarding Place to Work for Good Performers

      Pros

      Very rewarding place to work. Great vision with solid strategic plan in place to grow revenues and profitability, which is rewarding for an employee and makes for a great environment to work. New management in place for two years now and they are executing very well. There is a lot of freedom to innovate and to generate new ideas. The overall atmosphere and the mood of the employees is very good. Moral is high.

      Cons

      Work is demanding, and management expects results. Not a place to sit back and rest on your heels. However, good performers are well rewarded.

      Pros

      NICE is the leader in each market they are in. NICE's fosters a customer first approach with everything they do. With the three principle areas of activity there are lines of business and customer segments to allow current and future employees to grow and be challenged professionally.

      Cons

      NICE is fairly conservative financially, they don't spend without a clear path to success. This can feel as if they are not willing to invest. This is also one of the reasons NICE has been able to be extremely healthy financially. As an employee it can be challenging sometimes with the spending lag but also comforting to know NICE is financial in a great position to succeed in the long and short term.

      Fantastic place to work (not just because I got a full package to the Olymic games in Rio!)

      Pros

      Smart people, leading market position, powerful vision, team spirit and a great place to learn and develop. NICE had an AMAZING employee competition and are now sending 30 employees (I'm one of them) with a full package to the Olymic games in Rio this summer!

      Cons

      Company isn't strong in debriefing culture- tend to run very fast without stopping to learn from successes and failures. In general, pay at industry average.
