Pros

It is possible to work free while you acomplish your goals and objectives. You can manage your time while the work and projects are followed and completed successfully. You can work in the home office schema. Good payment.

Cons

Most part of the team members are in Brazil and Colombia. That complicates to make projects locally in Mexico and some countries in Latinamerica where many customers like to have engineers working on site. Managers poorly involve with results gotten by members of other countries so it is hard for them to see who really made the job and/or the hard work, they support only on the immediate manager or responsible of their teams.
