      Pros

      The NICE product suite is very good, and at face value easy to sell. NICE invests considerably into marketing, so there really is no mystery who they are. There is a degree of autonomy, and low level management is really good.

      Cons

      Sales process is unnecessarily complicated. You are expected to travel (which is fine) but the expensing process is a nightmare, and for a company that values at 2 billion, is extremely cheap. Red eye flights, cheap hotels, and lowest tier rental cars.. You can't expense internet, phone, etc..

      Frequent change of senior leadership does not help to cultivate culture with a long term goal .
