      Pros

      It's a job and an introduction to working with natural gas. Very safety oriented.

      Cons

      Pay is always under national average, company cares more about its image in JD Power and Ethics surveys than actually being a company with those values and ethics, Unethical, Do not keep promises, Don't expect to receive anything offered in interview, Job descriptions are vague and often job titles don't make sense, there is a common vibe of "mess up, move up", no longer a good family job
