      Pros

      Long term career opportunities. Very stable Industry with good pay and benefits. Good culture with people working together well.

      Cons

      Internal restructuring is very frequent at utility companies. Change can take a long time so you are often working with old systems that need upgrading. Lots of changes in leadership means strategies and focus are always different.

      Pros

      Compensation / Bonuses Arena Facilities- LEED Building, gym, cafe, reduced rate to park next to Nationwide Arena, covered parking from garage to building, secure facility, clean.

      Cons

      Hiring Practices are unfair & go through consulting companies instead of hiring managers. Favoritism, the same people get promotion opportunities regardless of their drive or contribution. Teams are not balanced, in regards to D&I.
