      Pros

      A lot of the people are very professional, family-oriented and genuinely want to help you succeed in your career. Most of the departments are future focused, goal oriented and have a clear vision. There are a ton of opportunities for growth and community outreach. Everything you could want in a company.

      Cons

      Every company has one flaw and this companies only flaw can be the development of its managers. There is not a required development process for the managers so it is hit or miss for the style of manager you will get (spanning from mico-managing, positional leader "do it because I'm the boss" to empowering, pinnacle leaders "Follow me because of what I represent."

      I met a lot of great people around the company and formed many close relationships that I will carry with me throughout my career.

      Cons

      Was underpaid for the role I was in, and there was not much opportunity for promotion.
