IT is falling apart, new CIO and reorg just announced, same leaders and directors in place that were here 5+ years ago, so no real change. Directors just fight over kingdom and not working to move forward and resolve issues. Just moving people around, just to move them. Continued to outsource with no real leadership working to fix issues.

There is a brand new executive leadership team that is misaligned and gives conflicting direction. No one knows who has decision making authority and decisions keep getting changed. Furthermore, those who have been at the company at the leadership level have been demoted and are leaving at an alarming rate. I am a manager and am supposed to be hiring for an open role. It’s hard because I feel like I am trying to convince them its a great company to work at when in reality my advice would for them to find a more stable environment.
