Pros

Pay and benefits are nice.

Cons

Everything about the job!!! It's miserable work. You get paid to get screamed at for 8-10 hours a day. Always short staffed and no one ever knows the answer.

great pay and benefits. good experience in true customer service

Cons

they pick your schedule...and please don't get pregnant or become pregnant as a new employee because they don't care. they want u to form to their rules and their rules only no time or help for you. rude customers also. very rude customers
