Good experience but no room for professional & lack of Spanish major reason.

Pros

Worked in a great department with no leadership.

Cons

Manager was unprofessional when dealing with staff. He hated any type of confrontation & pushed staff to deal with issues that needed his mediation. What could have been a close department was divided. The director was hands off.

Pros

There is a very comfortable environment to work, tools provided are appropriated to get the job done. Very good life work balance.

Cons

There is a lack of clear leadership in some areas, in some cases too much time is wasted just trying to figure out what is what the managers want.

Pros

exposure to as many different aspects of the hospital's administration if you prove yourself. Good place to get your feet wet.

Cons

Generally the attitude of co workers is very catty and they will back stab you any chance they get. It's like being in middle school with 30-40 year olds. Management ignores the issue even when confronted.
