The staff is always dedicated and love there work

Cons

The MCH Way and leadership does the talk but not the walk. It seems that employees who have dedicated themselves to the cause are treated with no respect and tossed out when a new leader comes in. It's all about who you know and not what you know.

Pros

You meet great people. New employees are eager to be the best they can be. Health insurance, retirement plan, and other benefits almost make it worth while to work there.

Cons

Senior Leadership should all be replaced. They have forgotten what it is like to work for a living. They depend on the work that those underneath them produce. Work ethics? None. Honesty? Very few. True leadership skills? Rare. They encourage you to speak your mind but if you do, beware.
