Great coworkers and not intense sales quotas. All managers are extremely understanding and always have an open door policy. Focus is on growing the bank and growing employee understanding

Cons

As it grows bigger, values begin switching and communication is bad. Customers are treated very differently at each branch. There is a lot of work and stress out on employees because staffing is minimal.
