NNB has the worst IT dept I have ever worked for. If you want a manager that doesn't listen to any of its dept, this is the workplace for you. If you want a company that doesn't give you your bonus you've earned, this is the company for you. If you don't want to get a raise of performing well the whole year, this is the company for you.

Very little diversity. No regard for your family / significant other. No remote work. They have a Moto of Keep It Real. DONT! They don't want real conversations. Meetings are pointless most of the time. Weekly one on ones seem to make you realize that you suck at your job and you need to do better. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, tell them the truth when asked how you feel. You will be fired, they don't care. If asked just lie, don't let them know your disapproval, say everything is fine, hunky dory with a big fake smile in your face.
