      Cafeteria food, nice view of gators and pond from my office

      Cons

      All. Bad shifts, horrible and incompetent manager, nepotism, NO training, lots of bullies, favoritism. If they don’t like you...they’ll do and say anything to get rid of you, no or double standards. Hostile environment, no advancement, poor pay, expensive insurance, no recognition. Entry level for high schoolers. Team leads are so abusive and managers micromanage the ones thy don’t like. My department spoke Spanish only, so not right, since I didn’t speak Spanish.

      Good Culture, Horrible Compensation

      Laid back culture with flexible work life balance

      Cons

      Company does not pay at market, promotions are too hard to achieve without fighting for it in unnecessary ways. Organizational changes happen too often and not diverse in senior management.
