During my time at NightOwl I was able to expand myself intellectually and as a leader. The executive team is committed to employee development and had a broad and diverse team of experts who not only know the space, but are committed to dedicating the resources needed for continued growth and expansion.

Cons

While growth is exciting and expansive, it also requires balance and continued dedication to recruiting.

In my time working for NightOwl, I witnessessed the company grow from a small, but dedicated team to a multi-team, multi-million dollar e-disovery vendor. Whether it was a multi-national coproation or midsize law firm, each client could count on a personal, consultative approach to any ediscovery need. Under Andrea's leadership, company challenges were met with grace and innovation. On a personal note, as a woman working under Andrea, I felt inspired daily and always welcomed the challenge to rise to greateness.

Cons

Post-merge, it feels that the personal touch and tailored client approach has diminished. The intersection of technology, law, and art is lost in a larger corporate setting.
