      Pros

      Great benefits, great opportunities to advance and learn within the company and to listen and be heard about concerns and ideas across the levels of employees and management. I believe that the only person who won't succeed here is one who is not willing to show up, give there all, work hard and learn everyday.

      Cons

      We are becoming a larger and larger company, that can come with positive or negative experiences, growing pains and for some undesirable changes.
