We recently integrated with Nine from a family owned company. Nine is definitely not a stranger to an integration. They have truly shown us all compassion, understanding and willingness to learn more about what we need. They truly care about the employees and leave no question unanswered. The opportunities that have been given to us throughout the past few months are numerous. The leadership team I have seen come in and out of the building show us nothing but respect and honesty. The amount of support they provide to us as their employees shows and I can't be more thankful. The communication between my supervisors and anyone above is fantastic. Never be afraid to ask questions! I'd like to say I have never had to face a challenge alone because I always have someone else to help me out, no matter who I ask. The benefits offered by this company are excellent. I have heard the CEO has a dream to one day make it to where no employee has to ever pay out of pocket for medical expenses in the future. Just knowing we have someone who cares so much about all of her employees by only thinking this means so much! This company and its employees embrace change, they are accommodating and incorporate new ideas on a daily basis. Nine is passionate about their core values. Calling the company Nine just shows they are always striving for more, more growth and more improvement, they will always look to do more. Nine has truly and positively impacted me in a great way!
