      Nine is a great place to work!!! They have several companies to work for so your are able to find what you are good at and be a happy employee. Great benefits and support from upper management

      Pros

      I really feel like a member of the company and not just a number like you do when you work with larger companies. I love the open door policy and how it seems someone is always willing to listen to feedback or ideas on doing something differently. They truly try to promote within before outsourcing, and with so many different divisions, you have the opportunity to develop your knowledge base into different areas of the business. Benefits are AMAZING!

      Cons

      We do have some growing pains, growing quickly gives great opportunities for advancement but some things get left in the weeds. They are still working through these. It is just part of the process companies go through with the grow so quickly!
