      The heath benefits are superb. Nine empowers their employees. Nine is about their employees.

      Cons

      When one chooses the Oil and Gas industry there are always ups and downs. It is a balance act.

      Pros

      No other company is as dedicated to employees growth and development as Nine Energy has been, both in good times and bad. From laying out a path to career progression for those early in their career to Leadership Development training for those ready to take that next step, if you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to give it your all and be a member of the best team, look no further than Nine. Combine that with industry leading compensation and benefit programs, and there is no other way to go.

      Cons

      As Nine should, it has very high expectations for performance in its teams. Nine will always have an entrepreneurial spirit, and that drives Nine to want to be the best. If you are not able to get with this program, this is not the organization for you.

      Pros

      If you are looking for the true team spirit, Nine is the place to be. The attitude at Nine is we want everyone to succeed and be the best they can be. Employees are developed, mentored, and grown. Safety is truly the #1 priority and not just something that's said. Leaders are knowledgeable and highly skilled.

      Cons

      Gas and oil work is physically demanding with long hours for field employees but they are well rewarded for their time and efforts.
