Nixon is a family run business passed down from father to his sons, the company's CORE PURPOSE ( To grow and create opportunities that enrich each others lives. ) and CORE VAALUES ( Respect each other-Give your best- Deliver on commitments - Act safely - Do the right thing) are practiced company wide.

Cons

Advancement is possible, but it may take a while. Associate turnover is low, that's what happens when working at great company.

This company has a vision and stands tall for the Values and their Purpose! The actions of Senior Management always falls in line with the associate in mind. If a situation arises outside its Values then they meet and include all levels to fix the issue. True teamwork and as an associate you have a chance to make a difference.

Cons

Sometimes this company gives too many chances for those that under-perform. Not really a bad con as some do find the ability to learn and contribute but at what cost.

Great company culture with great people to work with every day. Everyone is friendly and positive. Even when there is an issue or challenge, everyone pulls together to get the job done for the customer.

Cons

The company is very disciplined in it's approach to business which may not be for everyone.
