Pros

The company is growing consistently each year and is well positioned to continue this growth. This is creating opportunities for those who are willing to commit to hard work and continually bettering themselves. There are a lot of really good people ("associates") at Nixon and it is exciting to see them get opportunities to develop professionally.

Cons

The company is lean and therefore the jobs can be demanding. There is certainly no room for anyone to "hide" and not pull their weight. This is not really a con for those who have a strong work ethic and know that will be rewarded.

Pros

No weekends, unlimited gas card, make your own schedule. You will meet and work with some great people

Cons

I used to love working here. Nixon was focused on putting their customers first as well as taking care of their "associates". Now it's about how much more money they can make off a customer and take away from their employees. The commission plan changes and the result of that equals less money for the sales team even though expectations go up and you work your butt off to close deals. You have people getting promoted to management positions that they are not even qualified for. Hard work definitely does not get recognized here. You have to jump through a million hoops to get approval on anything
