Pros
1) For anyone who was taught in an even a semi-dysfunctional school, the highly efficient, professional, and learning-focused staff/administration at any Noble school will help you breath the greatest sigh of relied 2) Noble empowers teachers with the tools to create the kind of classroom environment they desire 3) My Noble school supports in need with a full-time social worker (uncommon in my previous teaching experiences) 4) When you tell students: "Noble will get you to college" you can feel confident in that claim - my school follows through on the promise. We have students attended schools like Northwestern, Harvard, and Stanford next year and it is only January of 2017. 5) You will love teaching at a Noble school.
Cons
1) Noble culture can be hard to implement and uphold. At times you feel torn between upholding Noble's expectations while still caring and doing what is best for students. Demerits are not always effective. 2) Noble demands a lot of your time. Don't play yourself and act like you are accepting a 9-5 job only. Any teacher understands that already - this work environment is no different. 3) This network is very-focused on data and testing. If you are an opponent of high-stakes test, know that Noble feels differently.
