Noblis provides a great working environment. The facility has all the amenities, childcare, Fitness Center, Cafe.

Cons

Poor and dysfunctional senior leadership. Often unwilling to listen to staff input, senior management believes only there opinions matter and they have all the answers, especially the CEO and CFO.

Lack of career growth. Some got promoted to management are because of good track record. Severely lack of career growth for mid-career professionals
