Poorly managed. Think highly of themselves but lack real world experience. To small a company to have sufficient depth or critcal mass in some areas. Somewhat prejudicial employment practices of retaining older employees and laying off newer employees.

Cons

Seen several colleagues recently laid off with no severance. Weak management across the board. Far too many organizational levels for a company of this size, resulting in senior leadership that has no idea what is going on and middle managers with no interest in telling them.

There are some truly great people working at Noblis. In some clients, you’ll have an awesome opportunity to build relationships. The company wants to grow and is focusing on long term growth.401 match was great.

Cons

benefits (especially health and parental leave), bonuses (your absolutely best employees working remarkably harder than others get minimal increased bonuses over the worst), Noblis - to me -is significantly focused on business financial success and less so for employee care. However, sometimes accounts may go years without strategic guidance. Everything is bogged down by extreme bureaucracy for such a relatively small business. Opportunities I’ve seen for internal advancement to senior executive roles are low. There used to be a Noblis culture, now there’s just a business.
