Pros

The people are great, almost everyone who works at dedicated to the mission. People are friendly and willing to help out.

Cons

Like every Gov-con job, a lot of your experience is determined by your government client. Noblis is pretty good at setting expectations but ultimately you have to make the client happy even if it means working long hours.

Pros

Stable employment since Noblis is a government contractor. NSR work can be interesting. Decent benefits.

Cons

Complete lack of servant style leadership. Leaders demand from top down. Get on board or get out. Toxic culture mixed with no culture. Mixed priorities and directions. Career progression is hard to define outside contract work. Contract wins are the only thing that matters.
