      Pros

      Remote opportunities, good pay, family oriented, growth potential, personal and professional growth is supported by the enterprise. The CEO took time to have a team's meeting with new hires to see how they are doing, gather feedback from the onboard process and if he can help them maintain a good work life balance.

      IT support can be better.

      Pros

      Great place to work in regards to salary, benefits, and employee support Human Resources processes are very streamlined Work/life is respected and encouraged (while on contract)

      Cons

      Like most government contracting companies, if you fall out with the leads of the government, you're gone as a standard business practice. If the fallout is due to personal issues, they neither help nor follow up. They divest completely unless backdoor channels are used.
