      Pros

      As a federal contractor, we support various branches of the government and military and we get to do work that makes a difference. Compared to other companies, I feel like Noblis cares about the employees and tries to do the right thing. I think the benefits are excellent and every employee, regardless of rank, is eligible for an annual bonus. The PTO is extremely employee focused, there is no annual "use it or lose it" at year end (there is an accrual cap) and we can cash out up to 60 hours of leave twice a year.

      Cons

      Federal contracting has challenges which sometimes include working with the government employees and continuity of funding. We have been winning contracts, so we have experienced a lot of growth and most of the time we can switch to another contract.

      Not for profit so all investment is toward delivering excellent customer service or toward the development of the Noblis employees

      Cons

      As a fast-growing company there are a few challenges as Noblis rolls out newer and better support solutions.
