Pros

The people. The number one piece of feedback I hear in talking with employees is how much they love the people here at Noblis. Noblis puts a great emphasis on upholding ethics, DEIA, growth and opportunity, innovation, etc. It is inspiring to work with incredibly smart people who are open to ideas and approaches. For myself, working within the HR team there are so many great mentors at all levels.

Cons

Usual cons related to contracting (i.e. contracts ending), but this company seems to care more about its employees and ensures job security in those events
