They don't care about their customers. Horrible tech support. Take a look at their website...zero phone numbers available. Try contacting their tech support. It doesn't exist... I think its a very poor practice to ignore your customer base. Not the sort of people you want to work with. And only office is NYC.

Embarrassingly low pay (even after sticking around for nearly 4 years) High caseloads with equally high expectations of coaching that can't be healthily or realistically met consistently at the caseload thresholds we currently have. Try delivering high-quality coaching/counseling via text all day (100 msgs a day) - it leads to burnout very quickly. A major lack of transparency surrounding metrics and the consistency across those measures. A so-called commitment to the wellbeing of its coaches but then denying the major factors that impact our wellbeing such as caseload and pay. Inexperienced and ineffective coach managers who really only act as a middle man with no true means of support and advocacy because they're kept out of the loop as well. They only appease our concerns temporarily with no real solutions. Terrible health coverage No 401k matching Toxic positivity culture that has some employees sounding like brainwashed cult members who refuse to acknowledge any faults or flaws of the company.
