Pros
fast paced, great people, flexible hours, if you like coaching there's a lot of opportunity to reach a lot of lives and make an impact.
Cons
The pay is starting to feel atrocious as we have more and more of our management leave for competitors. They keep adding things to our list of responsibilities but yet we are all waiting on a comp adjustment NEXT MARCH that is rumored to only be pennies on our dollar IF you're a high performer. They pin you here with the flexibility and then don't trust any of your instincts/ former professional experience or anything you've done to grow professionally while with them. My manager has to go to their manager just to get a decision made on coaches who just aren't even working. We're now "rewarding high performers" but yet all we get is a pat on a back and a beanie or some socks (or maybe a candle if you're feeling good) for the good work. All we want is to be treated like professionals but all Noom keeps doing is sitting on massive valuations while telling us low levels to hold out for a raise that won't even let us handle inflation.
