Not as good as you may think

Pros

Good salaries and benefits, cool offices, great team building activities 2-3 times a year. Good for recent graduates as the team is quite young, around 25 on average.

Cons

No shares, not enough autonomy in work, young leadership lacking experience, relationships valued over achievements, not many opportunities to learn (and not many people to learn from).

Nordeus London is a great new studio

Pros

Wonderful company culture, great work environment (brand new office with a bar, ping pong/pool table, games room and catered breakfast/lunches everyday), amazing employees that excel in what they do. They care about career development and supporting their employees to learn and grow.

Cons

The London office is still new and finding its feet. It's a fun culture to help build but it is a lot of work!

Pros

Nice offices, young and talented developers, many opportunities do learn and move forward, great atmosphere that allows you to enjoy while working, great company culture, some people there are the greatest people I have ever met and had an opportunity to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced senior staff and producers. Their lack of experience is resulting in an overall slowness when it comes to making the decisions and product development.

First of all thanks for taking the time to share your comment. Since we always try to level up and be better, constructive feedback is very helpful. As we grow as a company, we are constantly making effort to develop and improve ourselves. Sometimes it takes time but we believe that we are getting there.
