Good place to work, supportive manager & team, friendly and capable people,

Pros

Positive work experience, Clear and supportive project direction and communication from manager. Fabulous learning opportunity. Friendly and capable people who reflected company values. Movement toward safety first culture.

Cons

Changing industry, legal, regulatory and client requirements contributed to already morphing global company. For those in the workforce who were not agile, (and wanted things to be the way they always were) or those who did not receive the "message or timely training" for the new plan, this complexity resulted in some challenging positions.

Pros

Pay was descent until i had to start working 6-7 days a week 10-12 hours a day

Cons

No accountability Lack of helping employees Belief in one opinion over the truth and never ask Safety is a joke - no process or checklist for LOTO and expected to know Lack of accountability and Responsibility No drive to address the cost of quality versus hammering Techs more.
