Pros

That fact that you don't stick with one job as an inventory processor. There are multiple positions you can get moved around to.

Cons

Weird scheduling hours besides working on the night shift.

Pros

Nordstrom has a nice work environment. They offer a 20% discount on merchandise to its employees. I had some flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

Early shifts or late shifts. I didn't really have anything in between. I was either starting at really early or starting late in the day and working through the evening.
