Pros

Scheduling is very flexible and teaches a lot about the importance of a hard-work mindset. Also, employees learn the importance of customer service.

Cons

Sometimes there's a lot of miscommunication between managers and assistants which results in a lot of double work.

Pros

Nordstrom has an excellent company culture, great benefits, and good salaries. My coworkers were awesome and I loved my job!

Cons

Nordstrom is expanding but they are not yet in every state. I wanted to keep working for them but there are no locations near my college.
