No electronic scheduling so if you lost the paper version it was difficult to figure out when you work.

Meet new people, great atmosphere, discount, get good amount of hours depending on your manager, cool events

Returns, long shifts, only get promoted if managers like you, some customers are a nightmare, sometimes stressful

Cons

Giveth and taketh away hours...in other words...they will issue a schedule and then midweek, "update" it by slashing hours. Sales floor can be a bit of a shark tank. Associates can be a little curt with web fulfillment team.
