      Can’t trust this company. I’ve been treated like a number and my contributions have been ignored. They act like they care because that’s good business but they don’t care at all.

      The only good thing about this place is the people. To clarify, I only mean the coworkers, NOT the “leadership”

      I honestly have no words that are cruel enough to do this absolute trash pit of a company justice. It used to be amazing and they cared about you... CUE NORDSTROM. CUE their greedy hands tainting our beautiful company. CUE them treating you like you are worth less than a worm. YOU HAVE RUINED THIS COMPANY and have uprooted your loyal employees livelihoods in the process. Yes, by all means shut down every clubhouse with zero notice and leave half your employees jobless, WHAT ELSE can you do to completely wreck the loyal hardworking people that believed in this company and built it into something so strong that Nordstrom was threatened enough to buy us out and liquidate us to eliminate the threat WE built?? You don’t know what you have until it’s gone, and you have just burned your most valuable and lucrative asset. Your PEOPLE. Hope that karma comes full circle on this one

      If you wanna count the Nordstrom discount then sure although with what you’re getting paid, you couldn’t even afford Nordstrom clothes even if everything was 99% off

      Cons

      Everything. Anyone that works here is living well below poverty whether they’re a tier 1 or tier 4 stylist. I genuinely don’t know anyone who can afford to live in a city and work here. Mommy and daddy must be paying their bills still. HR is the biggest joke and they are backstabbing, deceitful, liars who act like they’re on your side but will turn their backs on you. Honestly shocked this modern day sweat shop hasn’t gone bankrupt yet. DO!!!NOT!!!WORK!!!HERE
