Part of quick growth means we won't be perfect, but we're always working to get better at how we implement change, and we take this feedback very seriously. Pros

Great job if you don’t know anyone in the city - you’ll make friends. Some flexibility with the ability to work from home.

Cons

Pay is comical. Management doesn’t have a clue what they are talking about. Most of them have never done the job they are coaching and can’t tell the difference between and a men’s and women’s shirt. Working weekends and nights. Management plays favorites and doesn’t value employees who preform well. When you leave the company you have very few skills developed and are bound you enter into another entry level position and start from scratch.

I’m sorry to hear that your time at Trunk Club did not live up to your expectations, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. National Stylist is a new role for Trunk Club, so we are continuing to evolve things on the team. We recently launched a new management training, sales compensation plan that rewards clear performance metrics, and employee training to support those performance metrics. While you’re no longer with Trunk Club, I’d still be interested in hearing any other feedback. Please email hr@trunkclub.com to share any other information or to set up some time to chat.
